A range of cocktails containing the internationally recognized sweet wine "Samos Vin Doux" is suggested by the Union of Wine Cooperatives of Samos Island (E.O.S.S). People from the Union don't hesitate to mix Vin Doux with alcoholic beverages and fruits and they present step by step recipes to prepare them.
"Vin Doux" wine is produced with small-berried white Muscat grapes, grown on Samos Island, Greece.
It's a fortified sweet wine containing strong aromas of flowers, fruits and honey.
